My comments on professional challenges and achievements, through the daily or more profound possibly dismay - how the world turns for a celiac when they interact with those that use the rod of life.
My comments on wonderment and blessings of a Gluten Free Lifestyle.
My challenges as a Celiac.
When I find someone that is superb in their design, field or profession, I have to share. I have to refer others to that wonderful talent, I have to praise the intent and commitment.
I think you might like his profile as well as his profession.
OH that did not work for me! Fermented in a way that I never thought possible. It tasted like the bottle had been left out in the back alley for a hobo to get drunk on.. Why would I ever put my taste buds through that again?
What is egg salad, tuna salad or a relish plate without pickles. Well, the search for how or where Gluten lurks is still ongoing.
More research to find the gluten free products that are sold locally. Tuna salad just isn't as fun to dip a cracker in without that little zing. More searching.
With Celiac disease I worry just a little about moving to a new place and learning the wait staff and restaurateurs level of interest in taking care of my food allergy. Now, I have a second thing to worry about. I should hope you will all keep your fingers crossed for me.
