Speaking of Vaccines.

Sometimes I find a site you might enjoy. You know, someone who I agree with some of what they are saying, and can guide you to check out their site. Find more about celiac disease, (Coeliac disease, CD) and maybe find some answers to those terrible depression states, the horrible digestion issues, and sometimes the reasons these things save our lives from a life of fast food and loss of interest in the fine art of FOOD.
Don't let food be your enemy. Food can be wonderful and healing.
Here is another site I recommend you look into.

Healthy living

You know, I often talk about the effect of oral consumption.
Today, I am going to talk about consumerism or consumption - more importantly what one can do to make a difference.

Donations for a group making a difference.

As a nonprofit organization, The Freecycle Network™ exists only by the grace of donations. We are currently designing a new website and could very much use your help!
Lacking any fundraising staff, we are currently only able to accept online donations.
Please give online by clicking on the
donation button in the top left-hand corner
at www.freecycle.org
We thank our founding corporate sponsor, Waste Management,
