Challenge of the day. How do you not eat yourself out of stress?

Find rich food that actually provides the spiritual and nutritional values you are seeking. Don't go for the diet cracker and hope that it will satiate you.

Try to use portions that will allow a good taste, adequate nutrition, and yet not be overwhelming in calories.
