The gluten free journey can be a struggle, confusing and overwhelming in the beginning. Living gluten free does not mean that you need to give up everything you love. Let's travel the right path where you will live a gluten free life with less struggles. The goal is to help those within the community gain knowledge, research, and resources while providing opportunities for families with allergies to bond with one another. This is an expo for the general public, food industry, and health professionals.
